Sharpe Mortgage is currently expanding and is seeking experienced and established mortgage originating professionals in the Tampa markets. As a full time employee, we offer higher then industry commission splits on deals you secure, including competitive splits on the loan sources we provide. We employ processors and junior processors to ensure your loans close in a timely manner.

We offer weekly industry and product training and maintain a very professional yet progressive/comfortable work environment. We are approved with over 30 leaders, cover all product types and can originate FHA and VA products. Sharpe Mortgage's full service philosophy includes a commercial product offering, in addition to our flagship residential programs.
